COMPLAINTS

We make every effort to ensure that our kimonos are perfect!

However, if the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you can complain about them.

How to do it? Below is the list!

    1. Download the complaint form (available HERE ) and fill it out,
    2. Let us know - send a scan of the complaint form to: sklep@nues.pl ,
    3. Pack the complained product, attach proof of purchase and a complaint form to it
    4. send to the following address: NUES , Kolonia Góra Puławska 3 , 24-100 Puławy.

The complaint will be considered within 14 days. We will inform you by e-mail or telephone about how to solve it. The complaint only covers defects and damage not resulting from improper use of the product.

RETURNS

Too big, too small, too black? No problem!

As a consumer, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to return them without giving a reason. 

How to do it? It's easy!

    1. download the return form (available HERE ) and fill it out,
    2. let us know – send us an e-mail to: sklep@nues.pl ,
    3. Pack the returned product without traces of use, along with the original paper tags, preferably in the original packaging, attach proof of purchase and a return form to it.
    4. send to the following address: NUES, Kolonia Góra Puławska 3, 24-100 Puławy
