COMPLAINTS

We strive to make our kimonos perfect!

However, if the purchased goods do not meet your expectations, you can make a complaint.

How to do it? Check out the list below!

    1. Download the complaint form (available HERE ) and fill it out,
    2. Let us know - send a scan of the complaint form to the following address: sklep@nues.pl ,
    3. Pack the product you are complaining about, attach the proof of purchase and the complaint form.
    4. send it to the following address: NUES , Kolonia Góra Puławska 3 , 24-100 Puławy.

Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days. We will inform you by email or phone about the resolution process. Complaints only cover defects and damage that are not caused by improper use of the product.

RETURNS

Too big, too small, too black? No problem!

As a Consumer, you have 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to return them without giving a reason. 

How do you do it? It's simple!

    1. download the return form (available HERE ) and fill it out,
    2. let us know – send us an email to: sklep@nues.pl ,
    3. return the product without any signs of use, with the original paper tags, preferably in the original packaging, attach the proof of purchase and the return form
    4. send to the following address: NUES, Kolonia Góra Puławska 3, 24-100 Puławy
